Delsaber Plating

- A rare coating. It has the appearance of a Delsaber's Shield.
Delsaber Plating is a tool that can be used to change a 
Red Ring into a Red Ring* with the appearance of a Shield of Delsaber. To apply the plating, equip a Red Ring and use the plating in the inventory. Any skinned ring will have its name appended with an asterisk (*), and also have "Skin: Shield of Delsaber" in the item description. Skinned rings function identically to a normal Red Ring.
