Heart of Chu Chu is a Mag cell. It is used to create the 
Chu Chu mag when used with a level 50+ third evolution Mag.

There is a 13% chance of finding a Heart of Chu Chu from a Jack-O'-Lantern, obtained from a Hallo Rappy during the Halloween Event.
