Mags are equipable robotic companions that accompany you on your quests and help you in various ways. Mags can boost your stats, cast Resta, Shifta, and Deband on you, and grant you temporary invincibility. They can make or break a character's viability in later difficulties, so having one suited to your class and play style is crucial.
