Parasite Wear: De Rol is a rare frame. It is the first of the "Parasite Wear" series of combination frames, and the second step in creating Virus Armor: Lafuteria.
While this frame is equipped, HP is drained while moving at a rate of 1 HP every 11 seconds.
Combinations
Equipping Parasite Wear: De Rol and using 
Parasitic Cell Type D will consume the Parasitic Cell Type D and turn this frame into Parasite Wear: Nelgal.
This combination must be done on any non-android character of at least level 66.
