Playing around with game data and noticed that the ATP and ATA bonuses for God Hand and Sonic Knuckle are bonuses and not actual stats.
Weapons with similar bonuses like Rika's Claw did not have any ATP and ATA values removed when their bonuses were removed.
Probably moot information, maybe even anal, but I know Ephinea likes its specific details.
If it's pointless information feel free to revert the change and delete this message.
