	[[Anguish]] is a ''Diablo III''-inspired game mode unique to Ephinea that allows players to challenge themselves with increased monster difficulty. There are three Anguish levels, and any of them can be accessed by any character at Level 80 or above, just like Ultimate mode. Anguish is exclusive to Ultimate mode, and can be activated in the game creation menu at the [[Visual Lobby~~\|lobby~~]] counter.
