Combination
When a 
Magic Stone "Iritista" is used and the Cutter is fully ground and equipped by a character of level 120+ and 570+ ATP, the Cutter will become 
Rainbow Baton. The Cutter equipped at the time of use will have its attributes transferred to the resulting Rainbow Baton.
Claire's Deal 5
A Cutter with the flame special is one of six trade components in the quest 
Claire's Deal 5 for the rare unit 
HP/Resurrection.

Quest Reward
A Cutter with 15 grind can be obtained by talking to Irene after completing 3-3:Central Control on Hard, while playing as a Hunter. Only one Cutter can be obtained this way per character.
