Heaven Punisher is the rarest handgun in the game. It is notoriously difficult to find.

Heaven Punisher's special varies depending on the beat time. When the hundreds digit of the beat time is odd, its special is an auto-aim attack with hard power and accuracy, but when the hundreds digit is even, its special turns into Divine Punishment.

Combining this weapon with Ophelie Seize will create Mille Marteaux. The weapon equipped at the time of use will have its attributes transferred to the resulting Mille Marteaux.

Reskins

Heaven Punisher has Ephinea-exclusive cosmetic skins that can be obtained. This renames the Heaven Punisher to Heaven Punisher*. The skin can be removed via using Neutralizer, but you will not receive the used weapon skin back.
