Izmaela is a special slicer obtainable only during events. It is known for being one of the few ways for androids to cast techniques.

Its special attack casts Foie, Barta, Zonde and Grants in sequence per attack. This special attack has range slightly less than a handgun (150 units). The technique levels seem to vary randomly from 6 to 14, but this is unconfirmed.
