Thirteen (often referred to infomally as "13") is a rare frame that pairs with three rare slicers for bonus effects.
Despite its low defensive stats, Thirteen is considered to be one of the best frames in the game for Hunters and melee Forces. This is due to its boosts to the rare slicer 
Diska of Braveman, increasing its ATP by 50% and ATA by 30, making the Berserk special especially powerful.
