Twinkle Star is a rare wand that boosts all the simple techniques by a moderate amount. Despite doing this, it is usually passed up in favour of Summit Moon, which boosts all the simple techniques by a larger amount.

Twinkle Star can be created from using a Star Amplifier with any fully ground common wand equipped. The wand equipped at the time of use will have their attributes transferred to the resulting Twinkle Star.

This combination must be done on a Force with at least 670 MST, and a certain level is required depending on the wand used.
