This item is affected by Proof of Sword-Saint.

Yamigarasu drains HP while equipped and moving, with 1 HP every 3 seconds. There is also a 25% chance the player will be confused if it remains equipped for 2 minutes. This timer does not stop on Pioneer 2, but it can prevent the confusion. The timer will reset afterwards regardless. Importantly, the timer will reset and does not count if the weapon is unequipped.
