Zonde is a simple attack technique that deals lightning damage. It strikes a single enemy with a bolt of lightning. The bolt strikes instantly from directly above the enemy and cannot miss its target due to travel time. This makes Zonde the most accurate simple technique.

Zonde will not have any effect without a target; the casting animation will occur and TP will be consumed, but the technique will not be cast.

Zonde is capable of inflicting Shock (only on Machine-attribute enemies), making it the only simple attack technique able to inflict a status ailment.

All techniques that deal damage can have that damage calculated with this formula:

Level progression

Zonde's statistics improve when its level increases, but the MST required to learn it and TP required to cast it increase as well.
