== Mechanics ==
[[Frozen]], [[confusion]], [[shock]], and slow cannot affect the same player or monster at the same time; if a player or monster is inflicted with any of these statuses, they will lose any others they have.

=== Players ===
Slow causes players to move and attack much more sluggishly. Movement speed is significantly reduced, and weapon attack animations take longer to execute. Slow does not affect the casting time for [[techniques]]. Slow wears off after several seconds.

Slow can be cured by {{Anti}} level 5 or greater, or by a [[Sol Atomizer]]. An equipped {{Unit|Rare|Cure/Slow}} will prevent players from becoming slowed.

There is no means available to players to inflict slow on monsters.
