MA3v2 Tickets are a reward for completing quests in the series,
They can be spent at the roulette in 
The Beak's Cafe Ver.2. MA3v2 Tickets do not appear in the player's inventory and must be checked either in The Beak's Cafe Ver.2, or by using the Global Flags Reader LUA addon.
Note: MA3v2 Tickets can be stored up to a maximum of 255 MA3v2 Tickets, after which quests will not give you any more until you use some to bring you below the cap.
