Monster Drops
1. If enemy has above 0% DAR, and is not a fleeing living Rappy, roll Global Drop (1/??? Music Disk)
2. Roll Drop Chance% (multipled by DAR bonus)
3. Roll Rare Drop Chance% (multiplied by RDR bonus, also +1% for every 10% Drop Chance% above 100%)
4. Roll common drop table (1/??? Meseta, 1/??? Tool Drop Table, 1/??? Enemy Drop Type Table [[[Weapon_attribute_drop_tables|Weapon]], Frame, Barrier, Unit])
