Shifta

Shifta is good, giving any recipient a 47.7% boost to their attack power at level 30. This affects the user's unmodded ATP, as well as the ATP range of the user's weapon.

For example, a max ATP FOnewearl (583) equipped with an Earth Wand: Brownie (ATP range 300) will receive the following boost from Shifta level 30:

S30(ATP) = 0.477 * (583 + 300) = 421.191

Apart from user unmodded ATP and weapon ATP range, Shifta does not scale to any other variables.
