Lots of work to do here tbh:

Add Episode and Multi/OPM columns (done)
- Maybe Area column as well (useful for E4 and the E2 overlappers though those are covered by episode column) (done)
Ungroup grouped enemies for sorting purposes (done)
- This maybe involves unmerging shared enemy lines and creating new rows for them which could be a large pain but eh (done)
Write blurb
Implement guide links in template for FS/SQ
