Lots of work to do here tbh:

DONE: Add Episode and Multi/OPM column
- DONE: Maybe Area column as well (useful for E4 and the E2 overlappers though those are covered by episode column)
DONE: Ungroup grouped enemies for sorting purposes
- DONE: This maybe involves unmerging shared enemy lines and creating new rows for them which could be a large pain but eh (done)
DONE (might need more work): Write blurb
DONE: Implement guide links in template for FS/SQ
