Editing Barriers

{{Shield|Barriers}} are a second piece of defensive equipment which supplement a character's [[Frames|frame]]. They typically add more EVP than DFP. Characters do not have a barrier when created; players must either find one in the field or buy one from the [[Guards Shop]].
