Chu Chu Fever can be created from using a Chu Chu mag with a Spirit Garment equipped. The Spirit Garment equipped at the time of use will not have its extra DFP and EVP transferred to the resulting Chu Chu Fever, as Chu Chu Fever has a fixed amount of DFP and EVP.
