List of weapons with hard attack specials

Normally, when using Special Attack on a weapon, it will use the Special Attack accuracy modifier (50% accuracy) and will not build Photon Blast, however, some weapon Special Attacks use Hard Attack modifiers, that is, they have 70% accuracy instead of 50%, they push enemies back, and they build Photon Blast.
