Rag Rappy is an enemy native to the Forest, and also appears in Episode 2's VR Temple.
In Episode 1, a Rag Rappy has a RareEnemyRate chance of spawning as an Al Rappy. In Episode 2, a Rag Rappy can spawn as a Love Rappy with the same probability.
Overview
Rag Rappies will remain stationary until a player is in its nearby vicinity. It will then approach the player directly and attempt to attack the player with a short-ranged strike.
Rag Rappies are unique in that they can never be killed. When their HP is depleted to 0, they will grant the player EXP and play dead on the ground. After a set amount of time, or if there are no players in the nearby vicinity, the Rag Rappy will get up and run off the play field. If struck again while it is running, it will drop an item.

Rag Rappy is an enemy native to the Forest. It also appears in VR Temple.
If attacked from far away, the Rag Rappy will immediately begin running and grant no EXP. The Rag Rappy can be struck during this run for a drop as if it had been defeated.
Attack Damage
All attacks by this enemy are based off its ATP.
Elemental Weakness
* An enemy which has at least 70% resistance to all 3 basic elements is considered weak to none of them, otherwise it is weak to the lowest of the 3.
* An enemy is weak to light if its ELT is less than or equal to the lowest EFR, EIC or ETH stat.
* An enemy is weak to dark if its EDK allows level 30 Megid to have a success rate of at least 30%. Weakness to dark is only considered in Ultimate difficulty.

[In Progress]

In Episode 1, a Rag Rappy has a RareEnemyRate chance of spawning as an Al Rappy. In Episode 2, a Rag Rappy can spawn as a Love Rappy with the same probability.
Strategy
* Rag Rappies are best dealt with any long-ranged attack to make them run away immediately, followed up with another attack to make them drop items. Examples of this are handgun attacks, Power Maser or techniques such as Gizonde and Rafoie.
* Rag Rappies do not have any invincibility frames upon spawning in, so they are susceptible to lingering attacks such as Gifoie.
* A damage trap used under a rappy spawning in from above will cause it to run immediately, as if it had been struck from far. Note that the rappies will still be active on other player clients, but spawns will still progress.
* In Episode 2, they have low EDK so are also susceptible to Megid and Hell.

Note that Rag Rappies dispatched in this manner will not run away on other players' clients, but the game will track them as though they were killed for the purpose of spawning in the next wave of enemies in a room, or clearing a room.
* In Episode 2, Rag Rappies have low EDK, making them susceptible to Megid and Hell.
