Sweetheart offers bonuses when certain items are equipped, and both shows an aesthetic effect and increases weapon [[ATP]] (but ''decreases'' [[DFP]]) when the user is very close to male player characters. The change to ATP and DFP is determined by the number of male characters nearby.
While Sweetheart is equipped, when the player is very near male players, DFP will be decreased and weapon ATP will be increased by the amount of male players next to them. Range for male detection is approximately 1 meter.

When close to a character of the opposite gender, Sweetheart shows an aesthetic effect similar to [[Love Heart]] and [[Dress Plate]].
Note that despite the max DFP/EVP of Sweetheart being 226/184, the effective max DFP/EVP of this item is actually 183/169, as the base item, [[Spirit Garment]], only has a DFP range of 7 and an EVP range of 5.

Sweetheart can be created from using a {{Tool|rare|Magic Rock "Heart Key"}} with a Love Heart equipped. The Love Heart equipped at the time of use will have its bonus DFP and EVP transferred to the resulting Sweetheart.
