The chance of obtaining specials on common weapons depends on area and difficulty. [[Mind]] can also be obtained by [[Tekking#Specials|tekking up or down]] a common weapon that drops with the [[Heart]] or [[Soul]] special. Mind is a TP drain weapon special. It is the second lowest tier of TP drain specials (2★). Mind weapons siphon TP from their targets.

Mind weapon special attacks deal 0.67x the damage of a normal attack.

Common weapons
