MA4 Tickets are a reward for completing quests in the Maximum Attack 4th Stage series, as well as the full-episode Maximum Attack E quests.
They can be spent at the roulette in 
To The Deepest Blue -MA4 Venue-. MA4 Tickets do not appear in the player's inventory and must be checked either in To The Deepest Blue, or by using the Global Flags Reader LUA addon.
Note: MA4 Tickets can be stored up to a maximum of 255 MA4 Tickets, after which quests will not give you any more until you use some to bring you below the cap.
