Gibarta

Gibarta is an Advanced Offensive Technique that deals Ice damage.

• Launches an cone of icy projectiles in front of the user.

Behaves very similarly to Barta, however it also has a chance to freeze enemies and can be fired upwards.

While it covers a larger area than Barta it is also much slower to cast.
