Usage

For creating more accurate-to-in-game-looking links for common (or event TypeM or S-Rank) weapons with links to both the special and the weapon type itself, keeping the icon at the start.

1. Icon = Sword, Gun, or Cane. There are more icons than just these three, but this template isn't required for things other than weapons, as only weapons with specials necessitate producing two separate links (e.g. "King's Monomate" doesn't exist).
2. Text color = Text color/class (See Style guide#Font colors). If this is set to "es" (or "ES") for ES weapons, the text "ES " (note the necessary space) will be appended to the link for the weapon type specified in #4 to facilitate correctly linking to their respective wiki pages, as the custom name otherwise overwrites the "ES" part of the name in-game.
3. Special = Heat, Burning, Devil's, King's, etc.. If the special is Shock, Freeze, or Dark (which are other pages on the wiki, e.g. Shock), the text " (special)" (note the necessary space) will be appended to the link for the special.
4. Weapon type = Saber, Pallasch, Rifle, Needle (for ES), etc.
5. Link text = Specifies link text, if different than #4 for any reason (e.g. if the weapon type is Vulcan, adding "Vulcan +9" to the template will produce a link that displays "Vulcan +9," but links to "Vulcan").
