Soul Banish
Soul Banish is a rare partisan that is the upgrade to Soul Eater.
Its special attack is a level 1 Megid that is cast at the cost of 7% of the user's max HP. While this weapon is equipped, HP is drained while moving at a rate of 1 HP every 3 seconds.
