Availability
Evolution
A Mag will evolve into Rukmin at level 100, or any multiple of 5 after 100, if it's fed by a Female Range, depending of the Section ID the required formula will vary.
For 
the required formula is DEF + DEX = POW + MIND

it can't already have evolved into a fourth evolution Mag.
Combination
If a Level 100+ Rukmin is equiped while a Tablet is used, it will evolve into a Geung-si
