Evolution

A Mag will evolve into Diwari at level 100, or any multiple of 5 after 100, if it's fed by a female Ranger with a Section ID. The Mag's stat balance must be DEF + POW = DEX + MIND, and it can't already have evolved into a fourth evolution Mag.
