Tempest is a lightning damage weapon special. It is the highest tier of lightning damage specials (4★). Machine-type monsters, with the exception of Epsilon, Vol Opt, and Vol Opt ver. 2, have a chance to be Shocked by lightning damage specials.
Damage
Damage inflicted by Tempest depends on the Player level and Enemy ETH.
