To obtain a Master System, you need to use a Kit of Master System while you have a Level 60+ Mark III equipped on a Level 70+ Character.
Combination
If a Level 70+ Master System is equipped on a level 80+ character while a Kit of Genesis is used, it will evolve into a Genesis
