Ryuker is a Support Technique that creates portals back to Pioneer 2.

Ryuker Creates a Telepipe that allows the user to teleport to Pioneer 2, and return back to the spot it was cast once.

Unlike most other Techniques, it has only a single level.

Cannot be used in many areas, such as in boss portals, boss rooms and certain quests.
