Anniversary Badge Shop from The Hunter, located at The Principal, in exchange for one 
Anniv. Gold Badge. Weapons obtained this way come with random attributes, with a chance for higher attributes if the weapon is obtained through exchanging one Anniv. Gold Badge for a random weapon.
