- This Mag is based on Puyo, which made its first appearance in the 1991 MSX2 game Puyo Puyo.
- Unlike most other Mags based on Sega properties, Puyo will retain the color of the original Mag used to create it.
- This Mag was introduced with the release of Episode 4, and wasn't available in previous versions of PSO.
