Mark III may be obtained by using the rare Mag cell Kit of Mark III on an equipped Mag on a level 60+ character.

Equipping a level 60+ Mark III and using the rare Mag cell Kit of Master System will consume both items and create the rare Mag Master System. The Mark III equipped at the time of use will have its stats transferred to the resulting Master System.
This combination must be performed on a character of level 70 or higher.
