Elenor may be obtained by using the rare Mag cell Heart of YN-0117 on an equipped level 50+ third evolution Mag.

- This Mag was introduced with the release of Version 2, and wasn't available in the original release of PSO.
- While this Mag has been present in the game files since Version 2, it was not legitimately obtainable in either the offline versions of the game or on the official servers.
- Originally, this Mag could only be equipped by android characters. This was changed in an Ephinea update on January 9, 2017.
