Availability
Evolution
To obtain a Devil's Wing, you need to use a Heart of Devil while you have a Level 100+ third evolution Mag equipped.
Combination
If a Level 100+ Devil's Wing is equipped while a Heart of Devil is used, it will evolve into a Devil's Tail
