into Diska of Liberator.
Heart of Diska of Liberator is a weapon heart that changes the aesthetics of certain slicers into 
Diska of Liberator, while retaining the parameters of the original slicer. The skinned item can be reverted to its original form with a Neutralizer. The heart will not be returned.
To apply the heart, equip a compatible piece of equipment, and use the heart in the inventory. A slicer that is skinned with Heart of Diska of Liberator will have its name appended with an asterisk (*), and also have "Skin: Diska of Liberator" in the item description.
