Associated quests
The availability of Halloween Cookies enable players to access the Halloween quests, which are are a series of single-area, single-room quests with extremely high enemy density for each area in every episode. For each episode, they are located in the "Halloween" quest category (Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 4).
While playing each quest, a black-and-white filter visual effect is applied to the screen (with the exceptions of Control Tower and Subterranean Desert), to represent "color draining from the world."
