Heart of Chameleon Scythe

Heart of Chameleon Scythe is a weapon heart that changes the aesthetics of certain weapons into 
Chameleon Scythe, while retaining the parameters of the original weapon. The skinned item can be reverted to its original form with a Neutralizer. The heart will not be returned.
To apply the heart, equip a compatible piece of equipment, and use the heart in the inventory. A weapon that is skinned with Heart of Chameleon Scythe will have its name appended with an asterisk (*), and also have "Skin: Chameleon Scythe" in the item description.
