Tool icon.pngHeart of The Sigh of a God is a weapon heart that changes the aesthetics of certain wands into Cane icon.pngThe Sigh of a God, while retaining the parameters of the original wand. The skinned item can be reverted to its original form with a Tool icon.pngNeutralizer. The heart will not be returned.

To apply the heart, equip a compatible piece of equipment, and use the heart in the inventory. A wand that is skinned with Heart of The Sigh of a God will have its name appended with an asterisk (*), and also have "Skin: The Sigh of a God" in the item description.

A Heart of The Sigh of a God applied to Magical Piece (and only Magical Piece) can have its photon color altered by equipping the skinned Magical Piece and using a Photon Filter from the inventory. The Photon Filter will be consumed in the process.
