Divine Punishment
Divine Punishment is a unique special attack that is granted to the rare weapons 
Heaven Punisher, Mille Marteaux, and Heaven Striker (while a 
Striker Unit is equipped) when the hundreds digit of the beat time is even. It summons beams of light from the sky to attack enemies.
Usage
Divine Punishment can be used by all Rangers, but RAmarl is considered the best user as she has the highest MST.
Divine Punishment can target a maximum of 10 enemies and has a range of 150 units.
Damage dealt by Divine Punishment is light based damage like Grants, but its technique base power is fixed at 2000. Examples of maximum damage per Divine Punishment beam can be calculated following the technique damage formula:
- RAcast and RAcaseal can do a maximum of 400 damage to a target with 0 ELT.
- A RAmar with max MST can do a maximum of 533 damage to a target with 0 ELT.
- A RAmarl with max MST can do a maximum of 606 damage to a target with 0 ELT.
Notes
A Divine Punishment attack is used by Dark Falz and Olga Flow, but their damage cannot be resisted with ELT.
