Paganini's Exchange
By bringing a minimum number of Photon Drops to Hopkins, he will take you to Paganini to exchange them for one of a selection of items depending on the number brought.
WARNING: Only carry the minimum amount of Photon Drops in your inventory, as Paganini will take all of them for the trade.
You will be asked to confirm the exchange multiple times before it is finalized.
This exchange is notable for, among other things, the Photon Sphere that allows you to effectively carry more than 99 Photon Drops at a time to enable high-value trades or a more compact option of adding of attributes to weapons.
