Raises all techniques by 4 levels when equipped.
Heavenly/Technique is a rare unit that increases the level of all the character's techniques by four. Technique levels cannot be increased past the character's maximum. It is not equippable by androids.

Heavenly/Technique can only be obtained by trading the following items to Claire in the quest

- Wizard/Technique
- Devil/Technique
- God/Technique
- Ice Sword
- Soul Edge
- Devil's Beam
