Marina's Bag is a rare wand that can only be equipped by non-android females. While equipped, this weapon will boost the range of 
Resta and 
Anti, and slowly restore HP.
It can be a useful option for low-level characters (or FOnewearls) to use for support before they have the ATP required to equip 
Tyrell's Parasol, which is generally considered more useful for its boosts to 
Shifta and 
Deband instead of Anti.
