Honeycomb Reflector

Honeycomb Reflector is a rare barrier that changes depending on what the wearer is doing.
- Standing still: +50% frame DFP and +70 EVP
- Moving: No bonus/penalty
- Attacking: -50% frame DFP and -70 EVP
