The Ephinea Halloween event is a minor annual event that occurs during or around the end of the month of October and lasts two weeks.
The Halloween event features the Halloween series of quests, which may be selected at the quest counter at any time of the year, but may only be played through the spending of the featured event-exclusive currency called Halloween Cookies, which drop server-wide.
Additionally, Hallo Rappies will spawn in the VR Temple instead of Love Rappies, and the Visual Lobby will feature the Halloween theme.

The availability of Halloween Cookies enables players to access the Halloween quests, which are a series of single-area, single-room quests with extremely high enemy density for each area in every episode. For each episode, they are located in the "Halloween" quest category (Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 4).
While these quests may be selected at the quest counter year-round, each Halloween quest requires one member of the party to give one Halloween Cookie to an NPC near the teleporter, in exchange for its activation, for the quest to be played. Only one Cookie must be given to the NPC, and it can be given to the NPC by any member of the party; it does not have to be the party leader, and not every player in the party needs to contribute a Cookie.
Once the teleporter has been activated through the exchange of a Cookie, players will be teleported to a single room in the area of the quest chosen to fight through multiple waves of enemies.
- * Includes enemies from all Central Control Area
While playing each quest, a black-and-white filter visual effect is applied to the screen (with the exceptions of Control Tower and Subterranean Desert, due to both accessibility and technical reasons), to represent "color draining from the world."
