- In-game description

Sealed J-Sword is a sealed sword-type weapon with an unreduced Hell special. It is notorious for being difficult to find, having a single, extremely rare drop in only one area of the game.

It has a chance to inflict slow every two minutes when equipped. This effect only has a chance to activate up until the 10-minute mark.

After 23,000 kills with Sealed J-Sword equipped, it can be used to turn into Tsumikiri J-Sword. The attribute percents of the Sealed J-Sword used will carry over to the resulting Tsumikiri J-Sword.

As Sealed J-Sword is a sealed weapon, it can only have a maximum of two attributes instead of the usual three.

Events

Sealed J-Sword had a small chance of being obtained from a 2015 Christmas Present on Ultimate difficulty. These came with no attributes added.

Sealed J-Sword had a small chance of being obtained from the 2016 Egg Shop, with a gambling fee of 25 Event Eggs. These came with anywhere from 5% to 50% Hit.

Sealed J-Sword could be obtained from the 2016 Summer Badge Shop in exchange for a single 1st Anniv. Platinum Badge. These came with no attributes added.

Notes

Although it is exceptionally rare, a Sealed J-Sword with hit% is worth keeping sealed, as it is the only multi-target weapon in the game that can have hit% alongside an unreduced Hell special. Additionally, Tsumikiri J-Sword does not benefit significantly from having hit%, as its special attack is incapable of missing.

Trivia

Sealed J-Sword's Japanese name translates to "Sealed Nodachi." A nodachi is a large Japanese sword.
